On the financial level, the company balances the need to ensure consistent practices worldwide with the need to decentralize financial decision-making.

The role of the legal function is to protect the interests of the brand around the world; for all operations it is essential for the legal department to be involved in drawing up contracts. This department oversees the application for patents and is the principal agent in combating the problem of counterfeit.
