Our after-sales service operates in 120 countries to ensure the perfect working quality and reliability of our watches. When a watch or chronograph is serviced, controlling the movement, replacing the battery and verifying water-resistance are all part of the rigorous tests and checks we offer our clients.
To guarantee the quality of our service, our watchmakers are trained by our Swiss after-sales experts. This department prepares, packages and ships orders for components and tools to our official service centers that are licensed to service and repair our watches.
