TAG Heuer is always looking for bold new spirits and we take a great care to integrate and develop talent.

The industrial process

From purchasing components to shipping finished watches The developmentof revolutionary movements such asthe V4 and the Caliber 360 led us to set up a movement workshop devoted to assembling our most complex calibres.

The strengths of our manufacturing process are its organization in "islands" and the ability of our watchmakers to master several different skills and processes. Developing multi-skilled craftsmen requires major investment in internal training on the whole range of our models, and led to the creation of TAG Heuer’s own watchmaking school.

Our production site is organized around three workshops:

  • T1 Workshop: assembling movements, finishing and adjusting
  • T2 Workshop: fitting dials and hands, case mounting
  • T3 Workshop: fitting bracelets, engraving, certification and packaging

At each stage of the production process, quality is continuously controlled by operators and watchmakers on both the technical and the aesthetic level.

No watch can be produced without the reliability and rigor of our purchasing department, our subcontractors and our logistics service who provide an uninterrupted supply of components.
They constitute our supply chain whose objective is to ensure the timely flow of products to our different markets.
