ZURICH BOUTIQUE MANAGER – (M/W)

Main responsibilities :

Reporting directly to the General Manager Switzerland, you will be in charge of the management of our boutique on the Bahnhofstrasse in Zurich.

Your mission will include full accountability on store operations, store animation, sales and staff management:

Ensure the commercial and financial objectives are met.

  • Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets fixed by the management
  • Achieve overall gross margin targets
  • Discount monitoring.
  • Optimization of profitability
  • Propose actions to increase the turnover

Develop the customer database.  

  • Build strong customer relationships and create loyalty to our customers
  • Develop our database, convert contacts into sales transactions and retain customers for future transactions
  • Demonstrate strong networking skills to recruit new prospects
  • Accompany customers on events organized by the brand in Switzerland and abroad

Motivate and develop the sales team and act as a true coach for them.

  • Recruit, train, evaluate and coach sales team members.
  • Ensure perfect maintenance of the boutique
  • Keep employee turnover at a low level

Ensure smooth front and back-office operations in the boutique.

Follow-up and control of boutique stock, management of replenishment, management of inventory.

Be the brand ambassador for TAG Heuer and represent the brand spirit inside and outside of the boutique.

Animate the point of sale and contribute to the development of TAG Heuer in the German part of Switzerland.

  • Proposition and organization of inside and outside boutique events
  • Works closely with Marketing Manager on promotional program and implementation    

Profile

You have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Boutique Manager in the Luxury, sports or automotive universe. Ideally you also have an experience in the watch industry.

You are fluent in Swiss German and English. French is a plus.

You have an excellent understanding of the region of Zurich and the luxury industry in Switzerland

You have a startup mindset: You are dynamic with a positive spirit self-motivated ready to work in a startup environment.

You have an entrepreneur approach: You have proven that you are organized with an ability to manage projects in full autonomy. You’ll need to have a high level or communication and be ready to drive sales.
